OnePlus is all set to reveal the Ace 3 smartphone and the Buds 3 TWS earphones in China on January 4, and the brand has been building anticipation by teasing key details ahead of the launch event. The latest teaser, shared on OnePlus’ Weibo account, provides a detailed look at the front of the Ace 3, divulging more information.
OnePlus Ace 3 Display Teased
According to the latest teaser, the OnePlus Ace 3 will feature a side bezel measuring 1.36mm and a bottom bezel of 1.94mm. The smartphone sports a center-aligned punch-hole cutout, and the revealed bezel size and image suggest an edge-to-edge display for an immersive viewing experience. The device also showcases slightly curved edges, with power and volume rocker buttons on the right side and an alert slider on the left edge.
Previous teasers have already confirmed several features of the upcoming OnePlus Ace 3. The device will boast a 6.78-inch OLED display panel supplied by BOE, incorporating photo matrix display technology and a ‘rain touch’ feature for usability with wet hands. Additionally, it will include an ultra-thin fingerprint scanner, Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection, a 360-degree antenna for enhanced signal coverage, Wi-Fi 7 support, dual-frequency GPS, and multi-directional NFC. On the software front, the Ace 3 is set to receive 3 years of OS updates and four years of security patches.
