Redmi launched its Redmi G 2022 Gaming Laptop that was powered by the 12th Gen Intel H-series processors in China back in July and now the company is gearing up to launch the Pro-Series variant of the same device, the Redmi G Pro Ryzen Edition.
The Redmi G Pro Ryzen Edition is going to be Redmi’s very first Pro-series gaming laptop and the company is launching it in China on September 7.
According to the details, the Pro-series laptop by Redmi will be powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 6800H CPU and Nvidia GeForce 3060 GPU. However, we may see some other configurations as well and more will be revealed at launch.
The Redmi G Pro is expected to be similar to the Redmi G 2022, except for the internal specifications. If the rumors are true, the laptop will arrive with a 16-inch 2.5K 165Hz display, full-size backlit keyboard, 2 x 2W speakers, HD (720p) webcam, Thunderbolt 4, MiniDP 1.4, HDMI 2.1, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and more.
