Samsung just released its Galaxy S20 lineup and already there are rumors about the next variants where a famous tipster claims that the Samsing Galaxy S21 may come with a Under Display Selfie Camera.
The tipster known as Ice Universe has been quite accurate in the past with many leaks and this time his tweet claims that the next generation Samsung Galaxy S21 might be coming with an Under Display Selfie Camera as the company is looking into the technology to achieve the maximum screen real-estate.
Although there is currently no confirmation on the news or whether the next phone will be called the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S30 or something else as we already know that Samsung previously skipped the Galaxy S11 entirely.

The tipster Ice Universe in his tweet says:
Samsung is considering using the under-screen camera technology on the Galaxy S21 first, and is evaluating the feasibility of the technology.
The Under Display Selfie Camera isn’t exactly impossible as Oppo and Xiaomi have already revealed protoypes with the tech but according to reports, the quality of the photos taken from these cameras were not up to the mark of what people look for in a flagship phone.
This was mainly due to bad lighting to the camaera and the pixels in the area getting in the way. However, if any company can solve this issue its probably Samsung who are known for the making one of the best OLED panels in the world and even supply them to companies like Apple.
For now, this is all just rumor and speculation and we will have to wait for more news in the coming months regarding the Samsung Galaxy S21.
