Samsung has introduced the updated version of the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2024), which is now listed on Samsung’s Romania website. This tablet serves as the successor to the 2022 model, following the original S6 Lite released in 2020. While the new edition retains many features of its predecessor, it boasts a different processor.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2024) maintains its 10.6-inch screen with thick bezels, offering a WUXGA resolution and compatibility with the S-Pen stylus. Its design remains unchanged, featuring a single 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing selfie camera. Additionally, the tablet is equipped with AKG-tuned dual speakers and supports Dolby Atmos for an enhanced audio experience.
Powering the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2024) is an unspecified octa-core processor with 2.4GHz and 2GHz cores, believed to be the Exynos 1280. It offers a 4GB RAM configuration with options for 64GB or 128GB of onboard storage, expandable via a microSD card slot. The tablet is fueled by a 7,040mAh battery, promising up to 14 hours of usage. It runs on OneUI 6.1 based on Android 14 OS out of the box, featuring Samsung DeX, Knox security, and more.
Available in both WiFi and LTE variants, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2024) comes in Oxford Grey, Mint, and Chiffon Pink color choices. However, details regarding pricing and availability are yet to be disclosed.
