There have been rumors that Samsung may relaunch Galaxy Tab S6 Lite and now GSMChina confirms this speculation after the Tab S6 Lite 2024 models appeared in the IMEI database. According to the details, Samsung will officially launch the tablet with remarkable improvements in 2024.
The original Tab S6 Lite was launched back in 2020, with an Exynos 9611 chip and with huge sales figures under its belt. The re-released version of the Samsung tablet came again in the year 2022 with the Snapdragon 732G SOC. The new Galaxy Tab S6 Lite 2024 that will be launched later this year will most likely ship with Exynos 1280 offering a significant performance boost from its predecessor.
The IMEI database reveals two different Tab S6 Lite 2024 models – SM-P625 for worldwide distribution and SM-P627 – the version for the Turkish market. Moreover, a Wi-Fi version comes with the model number SM-P620, which was earlier revealed based on Geekbench findings indicating an Exynos 1280 SOC.
The re-introduction of the Tab S6 Lite under the same name may seem a bit of a surprise, but Samsung wants to recreate the success of its best-selling tablet. Some users are eagerly waiting for the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite 2024, which is predicted not only to make the users happy but also keep the Samsung tablet business going.
