WhatsApp is ready to bring message reactions to its encrypted chat platform on iOS and Android. This is not a new feature as message reactions have been available on popular social media platforms like Instagram, Signal, and Google’s Messages. The message reactions feature is now being introduced on WhatsApp as per a report by WABetaInfo, a service that tracks new features on the encrypted messenger.
WABetaInfo shared screenshots of the new feature on Twitter and showed a glimpse at what message reactions could look like in WhatsApp. The screenshots show both WhatsApp on iOS and WhatsApp on Android along with how the new feature will be implemented on both these platforms.
