Finally Honda steps up and goes Hybrid like Toyota Pirus in the past, I know most of you are not aware of the Hybrid Theory so here I am gonna give you little brief detail about Hybrid that’s what they call innovative technology by going green.
Let’s Start with Where the Hybrid came from ! Submarines Yes ! Believe it or not
A hybrid vehicle is a vehicle that uses two or more distinct power sources to move the vehicle. The term most commonly refers to hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs), which combine an internal combustion engine and one or moreelectric motors
ECON Button
Just push the big green button. Could there be a quicker and easy way to save fuel? In ECON mode, the Civic Hybrid’s engine and other energy-consuming systems are automatically configured to operate more efficiently. Need more zip? Push it again to go back to normal mode.
Now you will see this Button in New Honda Hybrid 2013. don’t forget to use it !
Eco Assist™
Honda’s Eco Assist™ is like having your own on board efficiency coach. Just take a glance at the colored bars on either side of the speedometer. Stay in the green, and you could go farther on a tank full of gas.
It won’t be MPH here but KMPH let’s see how it goes, yet I haven’t seen physically Honda Hyrid but I can imagine the Comfort and specially Dr.Asim away comfort for sure.
Advanced Compatibility Engineering™ (ACE™) II Body Structure
The Civic’s Advanced Compatibility Engineering™ (ACE™) II body structure is a Honda-exclusive body design that enhances occupant protection and crash compatibility in frontal collisions. The ACE design utilizes a network of connected structural elements to distribute crash energy more evenly throughout the front of the vehicle. This enhanced frontal crash-energy management helps to reduce the forces transferred to the passenger compartment and can help to more evenly disperse the forces transferred to other vehicles in a crash.
Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD)
After 10 years of confusion and understandable theory of ABS which constantly been changing now with Electronic Brake Distribution ( EBD ) let’s read what company has to say about it.
The anti-lock braking system (ABS) uses a special modulator to pulse the brakes to help prevent wheel lockup. This helps the driver retain steering control when braking hard. The Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD) system balances the braking forces at each wheel according to how the car is dynamically loaded.
Daytime Running Lights (DRL)
The Civic enhances its visibility to others by incorporating LED Daytime Running Lights (DRL) up front.
Dual-Stage, Multiple-Threshold Front Airbags (SRS)
The Civic is equipped with dual-stage, multiple-threshold front airbags (SRS). One or both of these airbags will be deployed only in the event of a sufficient frontal impact. If deployed, these airbags are capable of being inflated at different rates depending on crash severity, seat-belt usage and/or other factors. Frontal airbags are designed to supplement the seat belts to help reduce the likelihood of head and upper body injuries in frontal crashes.
I think Honda finally learning Safety measurements from the Rival Toyota this time Honda gearing up with latest technology making a Civic more like Stealth Fighter Jet , Sounds Good !!
Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)
This system monitors the pressure in all four tires and alerts the driver when pressure in any tire becomes significantly low.
Very useful indeed for the drivers those who don’t have any idea while driving of their Tire Pressure, this would do the job for them.
Basically cars are being modified for non technical complete New Learners nowadays so this added feature is not for people like me but yes for those who don’t have any idea while driving.
Behold I Present you the New Honda Hybrid 2013
I will personally Digg and Drill this vehicle and other’s as well, like the past just exactly the way I been doing because my life is all about Cars and Music, My Remarks I am concerned about the safety like Airbag and Brakes system since I am well aware of the Engine Performance but this time Hybrid is gonna make it ECO ( Uncle Typo ) or also for the Die Hard Drivers like me. That Still has to be revealed when this babe touches the Pakistani Roads.
Still there’s lot more I can discuss about this HH2013 but let’s end it here for now, hopefully other reviews along with continuing discussion with this one would be a Joyride ! For me this is little Plastic Toy because I love the hardcore vehicles, easy drives are not for pros at all.
You can check the specifications on the Honda’s official site, I’ll be ripping off Honda later.

Honda has been selling hybrids for over a decade. Starting with Honda Insight in 1999, Civic Hybrid in 2001 and Accord in 2005. They just introduced a Plug in hybrid Accord to compete directly with Toyota Prius plugin hybrid, Chevy Volt plugin hybrid, Tesla Models S electric, Nissan Leaf Electric and Ford C-Max Hybrid plug in and electric.
