Abu Dhabi-Based Company Offers More Than 700 Job Opportunities in UAE

Ethmar International Holding (EIH), based in Abu Dhabi, has launched the ‘Ethmarati’ program, offering over 700 job opportunities in the UAE as part of its Emiratizations initiative. The announcement was made at the Tawdheef x Zaheb 2023 exhibition in Abu Dhabi. The program aligns with the UAE leadership’s vision for Emiratizations and aims to enhance the skills of Emirati youth in the private sector.

Ali Elgebely, Managing Director and Group CEO of EIH, emphasized the company’s commitment to the future social and economic growth of Abu Dhabi and the UAE. The ‘Ethmarati’ program focuses on developing the skills and career paths of Emirati youth, preparing them for successful careers in various sectors.

The program will provide more than 700 job opportunities in the UAE within EIH and its subsidiaries, spanning industries such as travel and tourism, oil and gas, technology, marketing communications, real estate, and more. EIH aims to create a supportive ecosystem for Emirati talent, offering specialized training and real-world experience.

EIH has also signed an MoU with the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis) to collaborate on human development programs and the recruitment of Emirati talent in the private sector. This partnership underscores EIH’s commitment to social responsibility and supporting the UAE’s government initiatives.

The Tawdheef x Zaheb 2023 exhibition, dedicated to facilitating Emiratis’ access to employment and entrepreneurship opportunities, will conclude on Wednesday after a three-day run.
