Kezad Communities, in collaboration with healthcare services provider Burjeel Holdings, is embarking on a groundbreaking initiative to establish a state-of-the-art onsite healthcare facility within the Razeen workers’ cities in Abu Dhabi. As part of Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (Kezad) Group, this strategic partnership highlights Kezad Communities’ dedication to elevating the well-being of its community through comprehensive healthcare solutions.
The healthcare facility, set to serve residents of Razeen 3 and 4 complexes, will bring essential medical services, including paramedics, 24/7 nursing care, and ambulance services. Razeen, with a capacity for 25,000 residents, aims to provide accessible and high-quality healthcare within the city. The clinic will feature a team of experienced general physicians offering primary, emergency, and preventive care, along with round-the-clock nursing assistance.
Equipped with a 24-hour ambulance service, the facility is prepared to handle various medical emergencies. In cases requiring specialized treatment, the clinic can facilitate referrals to Burjeel Holdings’ network of super-specialty hospitals.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish the clinic was signed by representatives from Burjeel Holdings and Kezad Communities. This significant step, according to Abdul Aziz A. Bawazeer, CEO of Kezad Communities, marks a key milestone in realizing Kezad’s vision for the Razeen cities, reflecting their commitment to creating a safe and nurturing environment.
John Sunil, CEO of Burjeel Holdings, expressed that the Kezad Communities Clinic is designed to meet the healthcare needs of Razeen residents, providing unparalleled access to top-tier medical care within their community.
With an owned and managed capacity of 135,000 beds and regulatory oversight over 420,000 beds following a merger with Al Eskan Al Jamae in early 2023, Kezad Communities continues to shape the landscape of integrated and accessible healthcare solutions in Abu Dhabi.
