Barbecue Dog, Horrific Campaign of PETA Activists

AUSTRALIA: Barbecue Dog, horrific campaign of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) activists on the streets of Australia has left many traumatized.

The animal rights activist all over the world discourage the consumption of animal meat. People are expected to show compassion towards all animals.

While its not OK to eat dog meat why aren’t other animals treated equally. The meat industry is notorious for animal cruelty. The way they are raised and bread for human consumption is all out in the open.

Many particularly the school children were left traumatized seeing the campaign of the animal rights activists on the busy street of Sydney Australia.

Enough though it was a fake canine it was a very disturbing for the passersby. We all love dogs they are our best friends. Why not befriend all other animals.

The group was protesting the eating of meat. The protest took place at the city’s Pitt Street Mall on Thursday.

The public was asked “If you wouldn’t eat a dog, why eat a lamb?”

Even though the dog being barbecued was fake, the stunt in the middle of street upset school children.

The members of PETA organization carried out the stunt for the animal-free options at barbecues during Australia Day on Saturday.

PETA has said in a statement that the fake barbecue dog has raised outrage in Australia, while many innocent animals endure suffering when they are raised and bread for human consumption.

People should show same sensitivity towards all animals. If the fake barbecue dog can cause stir in the city why not same compassion towards all other animal.

That’s how we are all raised and told it’s ok to eat other animals.

Well what about the consumption of bugs and insects? Is it ok to eat them? Hopefully some one will raise their voice for these little creatures too.
