CALIFORNIA: Clifornia CarMax Fire has damaged 86 cars.
According to reports twenty-six vehicles are completely destroyed. Sixty more were partially damaged.
Fire erupted on Monday at CarMax Lot in Bakersfield, California.
The fire department responded to fire along Highway 99 in South Bakersfield.
Injuries are not reported.

CarMax is expected to suffer loss of 2.1 million dollars.
Investigations are underway. The cause of fire is unknown,
Officials suspect the fire may have caused by semi-truck that was dragging an object and sparked against the road.

Investigators also suggested near by grass ignited spreading fire to the near by lot.
Reports also suggest 20 acres of brush and grass were burned by fires.
Fire officials also said around 8.5 million dollars worth of vehicles were on the lot.
Fire crew also reported the fire started around 2 p.m on Monday.
California Fire Burns 86 Vehicles
CarMax gave an statement
“At CarMax, the safety of our associates and customers is our top priority. We have evacuated and closed our Bakersfield store for their safety. We’re grateful for local emergency teams who have responded to this event. We continue to assess the damage.”
Forty-five to fifty firefighters responded and controlled the situation and CarMax was evacuated.
