CHINA: Mainland China has reported new cases of coronavirus as many as 99 on Saturday, is the highest figure since March 6.
The new cases were reported from mainlan China and Xinjiang region. The 97 infected are those who had travedlled from abroad.
The China’s National Health Commission (NHC) reported on Saturday China has imported total of 1,280 cases of coronavirus. Out of these 480 have recovered and left the hospitals, 799 are under treatment and 36 are in critical condition.
New asymptomatic cases
The NHC data also showed new 63 asymptomatic cases on Saturday. The NHC also confirmed 1,086 symptomatic cases, including 332 from abroad are under medical observation.
In medical terms a disease is called asymptomatic if a patient is infected with a disease or infection but does not experience any symptoms. It means the patient fails to show any symptoms associated with the disease or infection.

The new cases of coronavirus in China has becom a concern specially after it was controlled in Hubei province and capital Wuhan and the cities were coming back to normal life.
The public is again being asked to take protective measures and keep social distancing after new cluster of COVID-19 were reported.
Those returning from abroad are now being screened and quarantined for 14 days.

Coronavirus Cases in China
The total number of coronavirus cases in China has reached 82,052 with 3,339 deaths due to the virus. So far out of the total number 77,575 have recovered and left the hospitals and 1,138 patients are being treated.
The maximum cases are reported from the USA total of 550,145 with 21,649 deaths. The number of recovered cases are 31,120. 497,376 are under treatment out of which 11,662 are in critical condition.
World count for COVID-19
AS of now a total of 1,836,041 confirmed cases of coronavirus have been reported. The recovered are 420,955 and 113,233 have lost their battle to the deadly virus.
