UK: Councillor Shabnum Sadiq lost her battle to coronavirus. She was visiting Pakistan for a wedding when she contracted the deadly virus.
Shabnum Sadiq worked as a Slough Borough Councillor has left behind her husband and 13-year-old quadruplets.
She had travelled tp Pakistan in March to attend a wedding but could not go back as she was struck by coronavirus just within five days. She lost her battle after fighting the deadly COVID-19 for twenty four days.
Her family, friends and colleagues are all in a state of shock and deeply saddened to hear of her demise.

The 39-year-old on Slough Borough Councillor was deeply loved and respected by all.
Slough Borough Council announced her death with deep regrets. She was on trip to Pakistan and passed away on April 6.
The Slough Borough Council website stated Shabnum Sadiq was a very dedicated Councillor and despite being in her first term had made tremendous contributions.
Shabnum Sadiq represented the Labour party. The Labour Womens Network has condoled her death and said she will be greatly missed.

The condolences and tributes pouring in for her on social media show the wonderful and loving person she was. Just at 39 she had won the hearts of many.
Councillor Shabnum Sadiq was elected to Wexham Lea ward in May 2016. She served on various council committees and for some time she was a cabim=net member for education and children’s services.
