Derby Explosion: Roads Closed, Train and bus routes disrupted

DERBY: Following the Derby Explosion traffic has been disrupted. Roads have been closed. Train and bus routes have been disrupted.

• Stores Road and surrounding roads
• Sir Frank Whittle Road

 Football fans heading for Derby County’s home fixture against QPR are also affected.

Trains involving Derby Station have been disrupted. East Midland Trains have informed through a tweet

There is a fire next to the track north of Derby Station. Train services between Derby/Sheffield and Nottingham/Derby/Matlock are currently disrupted

Train passenger tweeted to inform that he is stuck on train.

Stuck on a train at Sheffield as there is a fire on the line between Chesterfield and Derby but at least I am in 1st class after they declassified one of the carriages.

Bus routes are also affected.
