The Dubai Police, in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE), conducted a course to educate ministry inspectors on human trafficking and its transnational dimensions. The initiative involved the Human Trafficking Crimes Control Centre, the General Department of Human Rights, and the General Department of Training.
Brigadier Hasan Nasser Al Razooqi, Director of Administrative Affairs, launched the course at MoHRE alongside key figures such as Colonel Saeed Rashid Al Heli and Shamma Al Muhairy. The course, integrated into Dubai Police’s annual training plan, aimed to raise awareness about human trafficking.
Brigadier Al Razooqi encouraged participants to leverage the scientific material provided, applauding the close collaboration between Dubai Police and MoHRE in combating human trafficking.
Colonel Al Heli underscored the significance of the initiative, directly overseen by Major General Dr Mohammad Abdulla Al Mur, Director of the General Department of Human Rights. He emphasized the need to comprehend signs and impacts related to human trafficking, urging proactive measures and collaboration with concerned entities. The courses, organized in cooperation with strategic partners, aim to increase awareness of this crime and its root causes, contributing to a concerted effort against human trafficking.
