UAE carrier Emirates has announced the renovation works on its First Class Lounge situated at Concourse B of Dubai International Airport (DXB), which means some food options will be not available for its passengers. The famous first class lounge, especially designed and operated by world’s largest international airline, is being redesigned and will soon be unveiled, in order to make travelers’ lives easier and more enjoyable.
In a statement on its website, Emirates informed travelers of the possibility of disruptions during the renovation phase, including recommending travelers to use the lounges available at Concourse A and C.
The passengers will still be able to enjoy benefits while at the First Class Lounge such as free Wi-Fi, spa services, direct boarding, working at the business centre, and dedicated relaxing spaces. Emirates First Class and Skywards Platinum members can make use of the lounge access which is complimentary for them. Nevertheless, those who are not eligible for free passes can still choose to pay for the pass to visit Emirates lounges in Dubai as well as in some other places around the world.
Emirates also provides a smooth transit platform for travelers with the facial recognition technology which eliminates harsh procedures at airports. The airline operates a total 490 flights daily and offer 215,000 meals across the globe.
