English-language Dance Music Station to Launch in Saudi Arabia

An English-language dance music station is all set to launch in Saudi Arabia, reported Arabian Business on Thursday.

According to the details, the concerned parties are currently looking to recruit presenters for the programme that will feature the latest hit dance music.

The report added that names have not been revealed but the upcoming dance music station is looking to hire presenters already working in the Gulf countries. However, more details as well as the launch date will be announced soon.

“The popularity of dance music in Saudi Arabia has surged in recent year.” the report added. “The kingdom is home to some of the biggest electronic music festivals in the region, including SOUNDSTORM organized by MDLBEAST.” said the report.

The event was first launched in 2019 and has been organized in 2021 and 2022, while featuring some of the biggest names in the music industry, including international DJs like Tiësto, Steve Aoki, and Hardwell.
