Indian Army Trolled For Claims of Yeti footprints sighted

INDIA: The Army is being trolled by many on tweeter after Indian Army claimed to the sight of Yeti footprints. They have tweeted their claim.

For the first time, an #IndianArmy Mountaineering Expedition Team has sited Mysterious Footprints of mythical beast ‘Yeti’ measuring 32×15 inches close to Makalu Base Camp on 09 April 2019. This elusive snowman has only been sighted at Makalu-Barun National Park in the past.

The Indian Army on Tuesday said in a tweet that expedition of Indian Army on the mountains of Nepal have sighted large footprints in the snow.

These foot prints were sighted near Nepal’s Makalu Base Camp.

They have also claimed that these footprints belong to a mythical beast “Yeti”

These mysterious footprints are measuring at 32X15 inches.

The tweet by the Indian army is getting lot of responses, one wrote

With all due respect to everyone, what we call Yeti is with all probability either the Himalayan Brown Bear or Tibetean Blue Bear. Both are endangered, can grow over 7 feet and are bipedal. The single footprint forms when the bear walks on 4 feet.

By that definition the bear must know the catwalk !! Look at the steps .

Rejecting the mockery the Indian Army said:

The Army says it held on to the “photographic evidences” about the #AbominableSnowman for about 10 days but then decided that they matched earlier theories. “So, we thought it prudent (to go public) to excite scientific temper and rekindle the interest.”

Photos are from a high altitude pass (Darwa Pass) connecting Gangotri valley to Yamunotri valley through old pilgrim route. Enroute falls Dodital, the birthplace of Lord Ganesha.

What the hell is wrong with you guys? Just look at those pics for heaven’s sake. That’s not a bipedal. Couldn’t you guys call a single animal expert before posting this ? Unless you are claiming your yeti walks on a single foot and travels by jumping.

Growing up in Nepal, heard the Yeti sightings on and off, but the story never had any solid bases. There were just claims but nobody actually had any proofs.

It was more folklore than reality. Something parents tried to scare their children to keep them inside their rooms at night.
