PHILIPPINES: At least eighteen people have been injured by a blast in Philippines restaurant on Wednesday.
The blast is suspected revenge by the militants as interpreted by the security officials.
Major General Cirilito Sobejana have said, Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF), a pro-Islamic State group, was killed by government troops. This could be their effort to avenge themselves.

The incident took place in the mostly Christian city of Isulan located on the southern island of Mindanao.
This region is often affected by acts of robbery and armed rebellions.
A powerful improvised explosive device went off at 3:15 p.m. injuring eighteen people.

Philippines Restaurant Blast
Lt. Col. Aldrin Gonzales, speaking for the Soccsksargen Police Regional Office, gave a statement that the blast said the blast occurred at Carlitos Chicken. The restaurant was packed with customers who had gathered to celebrate the graduation of a relative in the town of Isulan on Mindanao island.
Isulan police chief has said the injured were identified as the residents of Isulan.

- The Holy Nazarene Hospital,
- The Isulan Doctors’ Specialist,
- The Sultan Kudarat Provincial Hospital,
- The St. Louis Hospital in Tacurong City.
