President Trump & Melania test positive for coronavirus

The US President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania has tested positive for coronavirus and the couple has gone into quarantine at the White House just a month before the November 3rd presidential election.

It should be noted that President Trump testing positive for coronavirus at this time poses some serious challenges for his election campaign against the Democratic nominee and former Vice President Joe Biden as Trump will lose much of his remaining time in quarantine.

President Trump’s announcement regarding the development came shortly after he tweeted about Hope Hicks, one of his top advisors, testing positive for the coronavirus.

Hope Hicks, who has been working so hard without even taking a small break, has just tested positive for Covid 19. Terrible! The First Lady and I are waiting for our test results. In the meantime, we will begin our quarantine process!

However, according to reports, the president’s physician has confirmed that he would be able to carry out his duties “without disruption” from the White House.

President Trump isn’t the first world leader to be tested positive for coronavirus. Previously, Prime Minister Boris Johnson of Britain and Preisdent Jair Bolsonaro of Brazil also tested positive for COVID-19.

Twitter has been trending with many wishing President Trump and the First Lady a speedy recovery while there are some people actually taking the time to post memes and making fun of him for not wearing a mask.

However, despite President Trump complete disregard for a mask, there are some people who actually believe that President Trump was deliberately given the coronavirus at the presidential debate.
