Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II has died at the age of 96, Buckingham Palace announced on Thursday.
According to the details, the Queen breathed her last at Balmoral Castle where she was under “medical supervision” following her doctor’s advice.
The news of Queen Elizabeth’s passing has left her fans in mourning.
The Royal Family’s official Twitter handle also shared a statement regarding the death of Queen Elizabeth II, saying that she passed away peacefully.

A statement from “His Majesty The King” was also published shortly after the news of the Queen’s passing. “The death of my beloved Mother, Her Majesty The Queen, is a moment of the greatest sadness for me and all members of my family.” said King Charles.
“We mourn profoundly the passing of a cherished Sovereign and a much-loved mother. I know her loss will be deeply felt throughout the country, the Realms and the Commonwealth , and by countless people around the world.
During this period of mourning and change, my family and I will be comforted and sustained by our knowledge of the respect and deep affection in which The Queen was so widely held.” the statement concluded.

The Queen’s family, including her sons, daughters, grandchildren and in-laws as well as public figures were present with her before her death.
Her family members rushed to the royal estate after Buckingham Palace released a concerning statement this morning.
