Saudi Arabia has launched visa on-arrival for Umrah pilgrims from some countries. According to the details, travelers from almost a dozen countries can now get on-arrival visa, which grants them a 90-day stay within the Kingdom.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced that new visa policy will take effect immediately.
Citizens from the following countries can now obtain an on-arrival Umrah visa to Saudi Arabia:
- United Kingdom (UK)
- European Union (EU) countries
- Australia
- New Zealand
- United States (US)
- Singapore
- South Korea
- Japan
- Kazakhstan
- Brunei
- Malaysia
- China

The new visa on-arrival for Umrah allows pilgrims entry into the Kingdom through sea, air, or land routes.
It is pertinent to mention that eligible visitors need to pay a visa fee of $117, which is inclusive of health insurance coverage. Meanwhile, those interested in applying for the visa on arrival can use the e-Visa website.
