Two Asian Men Arrested With Forty kg Drugs in UAE

ABU DHABI: Police have arrested two Asian men with forty kilograms of the drugs in UAE.

The two Asian men were caught red handed by UAE Police on Saturday.

The police have also said 40 kg. of Crystal Meth was also seized.

The drug was kept hidden in an old car trunk parked in the industrial area,
Musaffah.

The two Asian men had smuggled the drug in UAE and were promoting it in the Emirate, Police statement revealed.

One of the men is identified as “The Scorpion”

The men were arrested after getting a tip off as stated by Col Taher Ghareeb Al Dhahri, head of the Directorate of Drug Control Section.

Col Taher Ghareeb also revealed the drugs were being supplied in the residential areas of Abu Dhabi.

Video of the arrest and the drugs seized in UAE was also shared by the police on social media.

The video show the suitcase full of hidden in the suitcase kept in the car trunk.

Col Taher Ghareeb Al Dhahri, also revealed the men after smuggling the crystal meth in the country, they packed it in small sachets to distribute it.

He also added the men were first observed and monitored for some time for sometime. They were followed from their home to the area of their operation.

Both men were caught red handed and the 40 kg crystal meth was seized.
