All government schools in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are shifting to remote learning because of the unstable weather conditions.
The Emirates School Education Foundation made this decision, effective from Tuesday, April 16, to Wednesday, April 17.
This step aims to keep students and teachers safe.
Previously, Ras Al Khaimah’s local emergency, crisis, and disaster team also opted for distance learning in government institutions across the emirate.
The UAE weather department has predicted heavy rainfall and thunderstorms for three days and advised everyone to take precautionary measures.
