The UAE recently enjoyed a pleasant spell of weather following heavy rains, but temperatures are on the rise again. Residents are hopeful for more rain as relief. The Storm Centre, a weather expert, predicts rain in the last 10 days of March. The forecast shows lighter rain (10mm to 40mm) along the coast and heavier downpours (50mm to 80mm) inland.
Abu Dhabi is expected to receive varying amounts of rainfall, with coastal areas getting 10mm to 20mm and inland areas getting 25mm to 50mm. Dubai and Sharjah are also forecasted to have considerable rainfall, ranging from 15mm to 50mm, even along the coast.
The National Centre of Meteorology in UAE has outlined the weather forecast for the upcoming week. Sunday will be partly cloudy with the possibility of light rainfall in some coastal and northern areas. It will also be humid at night and on Monday morning, with a chance of mist in coastal and internal areas.
Monday will see fair to partly cloudy skies with occasional clouds in western and eastern regions, accompanied by light to moderate winds shifting from northwest to southeast. Tuesday’s conditions will range from partly cloudy to cloudy at times over islands and some northern and eastern areas, especially at night and Wednesday morning.
Wednesday will bring a decrease in temperatures, particularly in western areas, with humidity increasing at night and on Thursday morning in some inland regions. Residents are looking forward to updates from meteorological centers as they anticipate the possibility of rain bringing relief from the increasing heat.
